The Licence Agreement contains both your rights and also your obligations for downloading, installing and accessing this computer program. You must read the Licence Agreement and either confirm that you have done so to allow you to continue to the next stage or cancel and abandon the installation.

By confirming that you have read and understood the Licence Agreement you are entering into a legally binding contract that is designed to not only protect your rights as user of the software product but also the rights of both the product distributors and the product developers.

The Licence Agreement complies with, amongst other important legal issues, the articles of The Computer Misuse Act 1990 and which is drawn up under the laws of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. This means it is also enforceable in all international territories in which the program developer's products are available and distributed.

By confirming that you have read the Licence Agreement you are therefore also confirming that you understand the Licence Agreement was drawn up in compliance with The Computer Misuse Act 1990 and that you agree to observe and be bound by said Act, including international reciprocal legislation to the said Act and which may be relevant in the country where you are.
